Peter has followed in his father’s footsteps to pursue a career in dentistry after graduating from Bristol University. Peter is our resident cosmetic dentist and undertakes all dental implant treatments at The Town House. He enjoys spending time building a trusting relationship with all his patients and providing treatments in a relaxed and pain free way using the most modern techniques.
Ian has been practising dentistry for over 30 years since qualifying from Guys Hospital in 1976. Ian has a special interest in root canal after completing a Masters degree in endodontics at the University of Warwick. He also has a keen interest in restorative dentistry as well as oral surgery, and enjoys providing his patients with a high standard of care in a relaxed and friendly manner.
John has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years since qualifying at Wits University in South Africa. John has extensive experience in performing advanced oral surgery under general anaesthesia and conscious sedation. He enjoys all aspects of modern dentistry and is highly proficient at treating extremely nervous patients. Ethical, pain free dentistry to a high standard is his joy.
Marcela’s career in dentistry began as a dental nurse after attaining her qualification (National Certificate NEBDN) in 2007. Having progressed to become a practice manager, she then pursued dental hygiene and therapy, qualifying from Kings’ College Hospital, London, in 2010 (Dip Dent Hygiene RCS Eng Dip Dent Therapy RCS Eng).
At The Town House, Marcela provides both hygienist treatments (professional teeth-cleaning, periodontal treatment and dental health education) and therapy treatments (the restoration of children’s teeth and simple restorative work of adult teeth). She is also able to provide teeth whitening.
In her spare time, Marcela is busy being a wife and mother to her young daughter.
Sammy has undertaken training in dental implants, oral surgery and treatment co-ordination. Sammy is one of our smile advisors and helps patients through their treatment journey. She is happy to meet you for a free consultation at The Town House or even at a coffee shop where she can:

Alison started her nursing career in 2007 and qualified as a dental nurse from West Kent College in 2009. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry but does have a particular interest in cosmetic treatments and dental implants.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys family days out with her three young children and is also a keen runner.
Libby has worked in customer service for 10 years and it has become a passion of hers. At The Town House, Libby is there to lend a helping hand and make the experience as easy as possible for our patients.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time with her three children and walking her dogs.
Janet offers a person-centred, holistic approach to your aesthetic aspirations with treatments that enhance your features and produce natural looking results.
Janet is a registered nurse of 10 years and has worked mostly in Critical Care & Palliative Care before becoming an aesthetic nurse. Janet has always had a passion for helping people and loves seeing her patients positive reaction after they come for their treatment with her.
Janet is a great advocate that aesthetic treatments are so much more than skin deep and that by restoring and rejuvenating our patients natural features, they gain confidence and experience improvement in their general wellbeing.
Jemima has a wealth of experience within customer service and enjoys getting to know each patient, make them feel comfortable and being on hand to answer any questions. Jemima is friendly, chatty and enjoys making your experience at The Town House memorable each time you visit.
When Jemima is not at The Town House making all of our patients feel welcome she enjoys hanging out with friends, finding new places and experiences.
Brooke started her career in dentistry in 2016 as a dental nurse and achieved her goal of becoming a dental hygienist and therapist in 2021 after obtaining a first class BSc from Cardiff University.
Brooke is passionate about working with patients to improve their oral health and provides hygienist appointments in a calm and relaxed environment. Having been a nervous patient herself, Brooke loves to build patients’ confidence in dental visits and will always go the extra mile.
Outside of the surgery, you will find her weight lifting and exploring new places to eat.
We were delighted to have Amber join us at The Town House as a trainee dental nurse in 2021 and after her hard work and training, she is now one of our fantastic full time nurses, who you will meet at your next dentist or hygienist appointment.
Amber is very creative and when she’s not at the practice you can find her learning new songs on her bass guitar, painting, doing impressive makeup and nail art or working on her car.
